Practitioner Training Day
This one-day ALERT training course combines interactive workshops and a series of role-play scenarios. The topics covered during the training day complement the chapters in the course manual and the e-Learning content. The scenarios permit the reinforcement of the patient assessment system within a team approach and allow the practice of simple therapeutic manoeuvres in a simulated and safe environment. Delivered to 20 staff with a ratio of one faculty to 5 participants, the day can include a continuous assessment that leads to the award of an ALERT Practitioner Certificate for those achieving the required standard.
